In the first half we were outstanding, played good football, excellent movement, won all the challenges and absolutely tore them apart. All we had to show for it was a one goal lead. We had a number of chances to add to that goal, three of which were gilt edged. No exaggeration, a fair score line would have been 4 ~ 0 and the game would have been dead and buried. What happened in the 2nd half was embarrassing. We were hopeless, all the good work done in the first 45 minutes was wasted. We didn't close down, we couldn't string two passes together and allowed them to totally dominate. It was no surprise that we conceded three goals in the space of 20 minutes and it could have been worse apart from a wonderful save by Chris Willis. We were awarded a penalty with a couple of minutes to go but it was all too little too late. This was a six pointer which having lost leaves us with a mountain to climb to avoid relegation.
