A massive thank you to all of our volunteers on the day and to all the local businesses who so generously supported our Verwood Town Day Raffle by donating some fantastic prizes. and helping us make Verwood Town Day 2026 such a brilliant success! We had such a brilliant afternoon with BBQ, drinks, our lucky dip, football activities, bouncy castle fun and, of course, a fantastic raffle. There was such a lovely atmosphere, and it was fantastic to see so many players, families, coaches, friends and members of our community enjoying the afternoon together.
A very special thank you to: ATD Inventory Services, Flash Gordon Removals, Julia Allnutt Chartered Accountants, Verplas Limited, Jim's Super Whips, Verwood Bouncy Castles, We are incredibly grateful for your support of Verwood Town FC and for getting behind our club and community. Local businesses supporting local football really does make a difference.
Thank you of course to everyone who gave up their afternoon to come along, put in a good shift and help us make the day happen - whether you were cooking on the BBQ, serving drinks, organising the raffle and lucky dip, helping with activities, setting up or clearing away afterwards. Today was a brilliant reminder that Verwood Town FC is so much more than just football - we are a community. Thank you all for making it such a fantastic afternoon!

hlpix "Homepage Headline - Verwood Town at the Rustic Fayre"
We were incredibly proud to have a fantastic team of Verwood Town FC volunteers helping Verwood Rotary run the games throughout the day, while also hosting our own football fundraising area to help support the club. Our volunteers worked incredibly hard from start to finish — helping set up, running the activities, encouraging people to have a go and making sure everyone was having a great time. A special mention has to go to the children who volunteered alongside the adults. They gave up their time, worked so hard and threw themselves into the day with huge amounts of enthusiasm. They were an absolute credit to Verwood Town FC and showed exactly what being part of a community club is all about.
